The workshops offered by the GMZ include both basic and advanced workshops on methods for the empirical investigation of phenomena relevant to the social, cultural and educational sciences. Basic workshops provide basic knowledge, such as how to create an appropriate research design, and commonly used qualitative and quantitative survey and evaluation methods. Advanced workshops are offered as needed and provide specific methodological skills.
The workshops are primarily aimed at students (especially Master, Diploma, PhD), researchers and lecturers of the University of Graz. Individual places are also available to external participants. Registration is possible online.
